The Singapore National Youth Chinese Orchestra Alumni Collective ignites the stage with a vibrant programme celebrating tradition and renewal. From the festive energy of Harvest, audience journey through the lyrical expression of the double concerto Ancient Dreams, the contemporary reimagining of Impressions of Chinese Music, and surge ahead with the uplifting spirit of Sail. Featuring a bold new work blending electronics with Chinese orchestra, the concert culminates in the high-energy finale From Shell to Sound — a dynamic celebration of heritage, creativity, and artistic evolution.

This concert is presented as part of the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre’s Cultural Extravaganza 2026.

Admission Guidelines+

Admission

  • Present your ticket at the door to gain admission to the concert.
  • Each ticket is entitled for one patron only.
  • Bulky items, flowers, audio and video recording equipment, food and drinks are not allowed into the performance venue.


Latecomers

  • Arrive at the concert hall at least 15 minutes before the concert commences.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted until appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.


Age Limit

Infants in arms and children below 6 years old will not be admitted, Children aged 6 and above must purchase a ticket for admission.


Accessibility

  • Singapore Conference Hall including the SCO Concert Hall is wheelchair-friendly and guide/assistance dog friendly. Wheelchair accessible seating is also available at SCO Concert Hall. Seating arrangement for caregivers and accompanying companions may also be arranged, subject to seat availability.
  • Patrons with accessible seating requirements, please inform SCO Box Office of their needs when they book tickets so that arrangements may be made at (65) 6557 4034 or email boxoffice@sco.com.sg. Patrons with mobility challenges are advised to avoid sitting at Rows L to Y in SCO Concert Hall.
